The Information Standard

The Multiple Sclerosis Trust is a certified to carry The Information Standard. This is a quality assurance mark that has been established by the Department of Health to help people identify trustworthy health and social care information easily.

To achieve The Information Standard the MS Trust has demonstrated how information fits into the aims of the organisation, how evidence for a particular publication is identified and assessed, and how people living with MS and the health professionals who work with them are included in developing information.

The assessment was carried out by The Royal Society for Public Health, an independent certification body accredited by The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).

All MS Trust Information that has been produced in accordance with the scheme is marked with the Information Standard logo. Content that is not marked with the logo is not included in the scope of the Standard. Learn more about The Information Standard.
